Rotary clubs carry out international and community service
projects which address critical issues that affect local and International communities.

The Agincourt Rotary Club organizes its efforts in four major categories; Club Service, Youth and Vocational Service, Community Service and International Service.

Group 1 - Club Service and Activities
Club Service is responsible for the day-to-day operations and social activities at The Rotary Club of Agincourt. Some of the activities include:
- Booking guest speakers
- Planning the annual International Night
- Hosting the annual Christmas Party

Group 2 - Youth and Vocational Service
The members of this team have the opportunity to contribute not only financially to the youth within our community, but also have the opportunity to guide the next generation through a series of programs.
- Paul Harris Scholarships
- RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award)
- Silver Birch Reading Programs

Group 3 - Community Service and Fundraising
Community Service and Fundraising develops a number of projects that raise funds and promote general community service. These services are aimed at all age groups and include:
- Tree Planting
- Rotary Special Projects
- 42 Division Picnic
- July 1 Community BBQ  Kennedy Parkette
The clubs fundraising events include:
- weekly Bingo

Group 4 - International Service
International Service is responsible for funding projects and programs outside of Canada. Each project and program is assessed by the group members and must meet certain criteria before an investment is made. The most important criteria to be met includes the need for assistance.

Currently our biggest project, in cooperation with Rotary International, is the Polio Plus Program. This Rotary initiative is dedicated to eradicating polio by the year 2005. Currently there are only 5 countries in the world that still have cases of Polio.
